Resources on mature age workers

Changing demographics and skill shortages have focused attention on people older (age 45+) people as potential and ongoing workers.

Many documents, resources, web sites have been produced to encourage and support mature age workers and employers. This article provides some of the key resources and will be added to as new ones become available.
