The book describes how the reader can create the ideal job opportunities and gives practical strategies and ideas. Areas covered include: creating a career vision and time line, changing unhelpful beliefs, building a support network, identifying your ideal employer (the book is geared to the private sector, but the information would equally apply to other sectors), building awareness of strengths and weaknesses, networking, preparing a resume and for interviews.
